What A Difference A Year Makes

This morning while going about my usual routine, I stumbled across a Facebook status post from a year ago. It reads as follows:

"The last few months I have felt very uninspired with my photography. I came to the realization yesterday, that i'm not doing ME. I've been so preoccupied with hoping my peers "like" my work, that I haven't been dong what makes ME happy. That ends today. Its time to refocus on my art and stop trying to fit into the cookie cutter <3"

Isn't it amazing how much can change over the course of a year? When the moment comes and you realize you're worth more and you can do better! Today is the first page in a greater chapter of my life, but the last years chapter has been pretty damn amazing!
